    Cod2 Black Screen problem

Hello guys i need your help for cod2 because i've formatted my pc and i tryed to install cod2 back, the installer seem weird to me because it installed the game abnormally fast. so i don't gave more attention on it but at the end of the installation it say me "maybe the installation can be uncompleted start the game anyway" (or something like that i don't remember exactly) and then when the installation is complete and all done i try to start the game and i got an infinite black screen.
So if someone can help me with that please tell me what to do.

Thanks for help and for reading.

Make sure you have a microphone connected.

Make sure you run the game as admin, and in xp compatibility mode.

Make sure you have directx installed (reinstall if needed).
"Does not work" is an error report for a bug between keyboard and chair.

    Hello there,

First of all, you have to enable Stereo Mix.
Here is a simple video of how to do it:

After you enable stereo mix, you should do these steps on the game...

Right Click on the game -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run this game program.... [Windows XP service pack 3]

    Apply & Ok

    That's it should works
