Write it again and reconnect. You might have a cracked key though

Go in the server, type again key in multiplayer options. Verify. Reconnect

Depends on how the server is cracked. If all communication between the server and the masterserver is blocked, no one will get a guid. If it's using the libcod cracked method, only cracked players will have no guid.
