Need Help with Mod/Config

Hello. I am one of the leaders of the clan FTS and I have a question about modding/config. I was informed that this would be the best place to ask, as you guys are the smartest when it comes to CoD2.

Recently, FTS has gained a new server. We put a Rifles Mod in. The mod is working great. However, there is one fault that I cannot seem to fix. I cannot, for some reason, pick up an enemy's weapon after I have killed them. I have never had this problem in either our AWPS or other Rifles server. I have googled the problem and have come up short of any information to help with this.

I was hoping you guys would know how to fix this. Perhaps there is a command I have to input, edit the config or mod, or do some other ritual lol. Any help with this problem would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in Advance! :]
