This is my fast-dl-config for deathrun:

set sv_allowDownload "0"
set sv_wwwDownload "1"
set sv_wwwBaseURL "http://killtube.org/deathrun"
set sv_wwwDlDisconnected "1"

So you just create a folder and put 2 folders in there: main and your fs_game-folder
