I would like players on my server to have a modified "blackout" when ADS a scope rifle

I think I remember seeing modified scope blackouts in the past, but not sure ...

Is it possible ? Without injecting dll

I would like to make the "circle" bigger (i can't see sh*t!)

And I would also like to make it fully steady all the time, but that is something else ...
