What are these files?

Hello I have installed a BotZombie mod on my server and came across these files. What are these

Are these files in the materials folder? If yes, than they are probably required for images/textures in that mod. It's normal that they don't have a file extension ("Dateiendung"), the same applies for many other files in such mods (e.g., xmodel files).
