    SOF2 Map Rotation CFG Problem / Server Config

    Hello,

    Can anyone help with the script for map rotation Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix GOLD

    Since 11 pm I have been working on this and until then nothing has been working. I don't know what to do anymore and where I made a mistake in the script

    Everything is very similar to Quake3 and CoD2

    That's an example: mapcycle.cfg:

    //////////////////////////////////////

    scorelimit 20
    timelimit 1
    seta g_speed 300
    seta g_gravity 800

    set d1 "map max_zena; set nextmap vstr d2"
    set d2 "map mayhem; set nextmap vstr d1"
    vstr d1

    //////////////////////////////////////


    in shortcut: +exec mapcycle.cfg

    When starting from a shortcut, the first map from mapcycle.cfg starts immediately but does not go to the second map

    I found here ready-made options and explanations, i tried all the options add or rewrite, but the map rotation does not work

    nextmap seems broken based on other posts aswell: https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r62...on-SoF2-Q3-eng

    Do you use old lnxded binaries or something new like https://github.com/1fx/1fxmod which fixes a lot of bugs?

    Sorry, but I don't understand this. I find a working script and try to modify it to suit my needs. Thanks , i will try to run the scripts on your links again.
