Server COD2 1.3 Keeps shuting down !

Hello everyone , i hosted a call of duty server following IzNoGoD Tutorial using voron libcod and this lndex "cod2_lnxded_1_3_patch_va_loc.zip" , my server works fine but it keeps Crashing/Shutting down after like an hour everytime

You say you are using voron libcod and cod2_lnxded_1_3_patch_va_loc, but the logfile says you are running a Windows server.
Voron's libcod is Linux only.
As IzNoGod said, your rcon password might have leaked due the well known download bug.

Try setting your rcon password via your start up script.
