Easy solution: thicker walls
Harder: hide the behind-the-wall-player and disable bash/bullet damage for individual players based on bullettrace() e.g.

Methods:
- thicker wall
- forcing clients exec (-leanleft -leanright) in cycle
- check distance to walls and set invisible content between player and wall if she is close.

Thicker walls are not a option, they have to be thin.
Why does this happen, is it only in CoD2?
I tried with the clip texture on both sides but I have to distance them quite a bit, but then you cant get close to the wall.

You can't really fix that if you need thin walls and to be able to move the player all the way to the wall. Either clip around it or make the wall thicker, as suggested.
