I think you can't change your theme in Xfire 2.0. You have to download the old Xfire client.
Go to the Xfire's website and on the bottom of the page there should be link called "DOWNLOAD XFIRE CLIENT" and under it there is an another link called "download the old xfire client", click it and done.
Then go to Options -> Skins -> Shadow
