    There is an Xmodel Creator for static models here:

    DOWNLOAD

    This program does NOT preserve the bones or tags. It will only give you tag_origin at the default location.

    If you want to do animations or preserve bones and tags, CodeManX has made a complete set of xmodel exporters for Blender, which is a free 3D Modelling program. Hence, you no longer require a pirated copy of Maya. Get the full details here:
