Start your rect at 0 0, and make sure you finish at (640-64) 0, if you use 64 lenght parts.
Dont use the 1 3 at the end of rect, use the HORIZONTAL_ALIGN_FULLSCREEN VERTICAL_ALIGN_FULLSCREEN ...
