All what y say on add rules or change some rules?

I want add f.e.
1) No kill yourself when y r activator. (f.e. Construction) Fall Down
2) And who has laggy so must leave and come when it end.
3) Who don´t speak english can not play there. (because I say some man when is first round he can not use traps and he not speak something!)
