Call of Duty 2 Server Not Showing Up on Master List In-Game

I'm running a CoD 2 1.0 Linux server (just setup the other day), and the server is not showing up in the master list in-game.

I'm using the 1.0 Linux server binary from here: https://aljandor.ovh/pub/?dir=games%2Fcod2%2Fbinares

The game server files come from a fresh install of CoD 2 1.0 (unpatched). The server log shows heartbeats being sent to cod2master.activision.com

No ports are blocked.

Any idea why the server won't show up in the list in-game? I don't think this server binary is a cracked server, so I would expect it to show up in the master list.

Any help would be appreciated!
