[COD4] End of Map Voting?

I'm looking for a COD4 End of Map Voting script, like included with Worm's PowerServer Mod for COD2.
Open Warfare and Demonmod (by Tally) had such a end of map voting script for COD4, but I can't seem to find it in the .IWD file.
Basically I'm just looking for the voting script, so I do not have the use the whole mod.
Could it be that the voting part is not in the .IWD but in the .ff?

Yes, just extract the .gscs from the .ff with tom bmx's ff extractor
