Limit shoot speed or block macro in cod2

have some way to limit the speed of shoots in m1 garand and pistols in cod2?
a lot of players use macro in mouse driver for shoot fast while button is pressed... very sad
others players are using 'x-mouse' software

i want limit the speed, or if someone have any idea...

You could tweak the firetime of these weapons. But you need to test it. Because you can make these weapons fire terrible.

Ye, that just makes me wanna /bind key vstr cvar it. You wont know what i binded then.
