Thread: Animation looks weird ingame, but in maya everything is OK

    Animation looks weird ingame, but in maya everything is OK

    So i switched from Blender to Maya to animate stuff.
    This time i actually was able to bring an animation into the game which has been played.
    The only Problem is, that the animation is Played weird ingame...
    Thats how it looks in Maya:

    And thats how it looks in Ingame:

    You can see, that this is almost the same animation. ...well kinda...
    Does anyone Know what Causes this, and how i can fix it?
    This animation has been created using rigs of "viewmodel_base_viewhands" aka "viewhands_usmc3"

    I dont think that will fix it. You see the left hand is also bugged. No errors when u created the anim and converted it?

    Nope there are no errors. Everything seems working fine.
    Only ingame everything fucks up..

    Fixed the problem.
    Needed to Uncheck "use bones" xD
    It now looks like this,
    i had to set cg_gun_z to 10...

    @everyone - What was the name of the guy who made the bash/boxing animations for COD2? Was it Pluxy?
