b3 error

when i start up my b3 everything looks good and all the commands work,
now i installed poweradmin, but when i go to my server and i type the commands everything just works but when i type a command from poweradmin, the console say it works, but when i type something like !saybold or !force ... spec the console still say You are forced to specaters, but nothing happen and i just stay in the game...

i dont know what is wrong but maybe its this:

and how can i install them to my server...

Here you go: http://forum.bigbrotherbot.net/downl...a=view;down=49 , you need to have a basic understanding of modding to correctly implement it into an already existing mod, but if you have a fresh server just put the files inside main or your fs_game folder.
