As I read in the CoDJumper Forum, the CODModelExporterWindow.mel from Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare works fine in Maya 6.0.
Well, I've got CoD4 Mod Tools and I want to share this file with you (I had the same problem too^^)

Paste this file into cod2/bin/maya
