I have a problem, no more a question. Is that a broken Texture or the Light?
And how it is to fix?

Open the mod tools documentation (Call of Duty2/Docs/CoD2_Tools_Documentation.htm), you can find there how to fix these bugs.

Open CoD2 Radiant.
I think its calk texture.
I think you prune it after the texture forget to color.
