Grenade Problem

I have 2 servers and I have a problem.
When I reboot I get the server when the server change maps at the beginning always a grenade I have no where is the problem?
it is a DeathmatchMod but the already-weapons.gsc controlled because everything looks good :-(

So, let me get this right - you are using a mod called "already-weapons" and when you spawn you don't have a grenade? Correct? If I've got it right, then please post "already-weapons.gsc" so I can check it.
