    GUID 0

    Hi all,

The masterserver is back, but my server doesnt returns GUID's anymore. Everybody has GUID 0. Also without the libcod, with a normal cod2 binary. Does anybody else have this issue as well? Or does anybody know how to solve it?

    No, i don't.
My servers are now listed again in the server list. Maybe it is a 1.0 issue. You are using cod2 1.0 right?

Did you not know that in COD2 1.0 there is a bug that always returns GUID = 0? This was only fixed in the 1.3 patch. It's got nothing to do with the recent Master Server problems - it's been there since launch.

I'm not exactly sure what the guid problem is. But try this binary where the time between challenge/connect time is set from 5000 to 7000 (as used in 1.3).

It isn't 1.0 issue, my server uses libcod's sv_cracked function and people with legit cd-keys have their normal guids as expected with sv_cracked on.

I would suggest checking your firewall if you have ever tried to block ports in order to make the server 'cracked'.

The weird thing is, the server is listed in the Master Server. Can you provide me the iptable rules you use Yuri?
