This game is not gonna be epic, none of the CoDs were epic after CoD 4 and 5, the only epic games this year are gonna be Rome 2: Total War, GTA V and AC4

Totally agree with you. I'm also looking for the next-gen (mostly Xbox One) and the new games like Halo5 and the crew

I would imagine they wont develop a peer2peer system just for PC, and so PC will get dedicated servers as well. Like Respawn's TitanFall, Infinity Ward will likely use the Live service to host PC dedicated servers as well.

Not that I give a shit. I am going to get an XBO this time. Sick and tired of upgrading my PC every year. I will get a XBO and have done with it for the next 5 years.

Mark Rubin from Infinity Ward has confirmed the PC version of Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer will include Dedicated Servers.

In an interview with NowGamer, Mark shed light on dedicated servers but could not give any information about PS3/PS4 support.

“We did mention dedicated servers on Xbox One,” he said, “one thing I can say is we’re also doing dedicated servers on PC. So PC will be all dedicated servers, all of it.

“I don’t have details on how dedicated servers are going to work on PC, partly because we’re still in development and still working on all those features.”

Mark Rubin reiterated dedicated servers will be ”on PC and it is on Xbox One, but I can’t talk about any other platforms.”

This will be welcoming news for PC and Xbox One players who have regularly expressed their desire for Call of Duty dedicated servers.

No mod tools. No server files. Servers will be like Black Ops 2.

As a player, that's good enough for me. I don't care about modding Call of Duty any more.

Unranked rentable dedicated servers to come after launch (no date yet):

Pc

The pc platform is getting RANKED dedis at launch . Again as these are pc the servers will more than likely be hosted using the Azure system The option to RENT player controlled servers from a third party will be a feature possible AFTER launch (no date has been confirmed as yet ) but these will probably not be ranked servers. As Ghosts will have the ability to transfer your Character from one platform to another security of a closed system especially for PC is paramount.
