Using material for a image

Hello Guys, i want to make image, if i kill somebody there will come a picture, here my image:


So you see its a alpha textur, which material typ i need FOR ALPHA TEXTURS, SO FOR SCREEN PICTURES (kill hud) I NEED TOO FOR SETTINGS IN ASSET MANAGER?
