Ranking/admin plugin minecraft server needed!

Hey there,

I'm starting my own server at minecraft. It's a 1.5.1 bukkitserver, but I can't find one pretty important plugin.
That is the plugin for adminranks or something like that. I see like every server has it, but I can't find it anywhere.

If you have one, or know a good one, please let me know. We really need it!

Hey,

I would really appreciate it when you could help (or make) me that permissions plugin working.
I have a premium account and I host the server on my own computer.
It is a survival server, but only for the (at the moment) ops is creative mode.
I also allow to have cracked accounts on my server, so almost everyone can play on it.

I had downloaded an other permission.yml file that someone offered at a youtube video, but the default people couldn't do anything (not chatting, not placing or picking up blocks, not using doors and stuff)

Well, first make sure you named this file correctly... so it's called permissions.yml
Here you can see how should it look: http://pastebin.com/Vp23R9J5

So most plugins got ReadMe file where you can find list of 'permissions' (example: essentials.home <- allows a person in a group to use command /home)
In the users section, just add the nickname and group to which should be added, or you can do this in-game by typing: pex user <user> group add <group>

Everything worked, only for the default users, they couldn't do anything

I already have at my server the plugins : AntiCreeper3, ChatManager, ColorPortals, Essentials, SpawnPlus, Worldedit, SuperSpawn, Modifyworld.
I would like to have everything on my server I'm in now.
