Hm, I dont guess so, but you could look through every .menu-file.

Switch on the xfire built-in fps indicator, you can move and resize that.

I don't think that its possible.
Specialy u would need to get the client cvar to check if its enabled or not.
Also i think its hard coded on the client itself.No ... No ... this is not possible .......
