If you want !Saybold just install the poweradmin plugin for b3.
Theres included: Saybold force explode burn forcespec paset and much more.
Do not forget to also put the b3 gsc files into your mod and link them anywhere.

Just use the poweradmin plugin, all is included there. Just download it, install it or check how the saybold is build in there.
