Surf - Moderator application

Hey, I want to be a moderator on surf server. I am rank 9 (because I played a lot before there were ranks)
I want to be moderator because:
I am active of course,
I am good at surfing (I think so),
I have a lot of experience with B3,
Do I abuse or insult?
