i repaired all that kabus broke and rewrote the script for the new libcod.

Well, I am not really into edifying people as I believe there is no point in doing that in the internets but I guess you should have at least asked Blanco for permission to run this mod and explain clearly how did you get into possession of it and make it perfect clear that you have nothing to do with stealing it and are only trying to continue the legacy of NL as I believe this might be what you are doing. #RantOver

On a side note, kabus did lie about not uploading this mod on the internet. As far as I remember he either send me a link to the site on xf or I looked it up, it also had a kind of strange domain name. But any ways it also had other mods on it, I can definitely remember evils mods on it, can't really recall any other ones but there were quite a few of them.
Edit: I just realized that he even went as far as zip/rar it with over 60char password and told anyone that downloaded it that if they want to get the pass they have contact him, my best guess is that he tries to make someone pay for it or something; dirty snake.
Edit 2: Again I realized something, in a convo on xf with him when he tried to blackmail me, he clearly stated that if I don't satisfy his demands he will upload the mod onto his site and thats when he probably send me a link to his website.
And don't get me wrong, I have fuck all interest in him, I just ignore him. :D
