How install custom rom on android phone ?

Hey guys,

I search how i can install a custom rom on my wiko goa (android 4.4.2)
I want install samsung rom but i dont find how i can install it.

Why??? Samsung uses also android and 4.4 is one of the newest

I mean install android 4.4 version from samsung (the same style...)
