Alpha Texture Problem

hello here,

i have a new problem with a glass texture, look: (picture ingame)

i tried a lot of things (change config with blend/additive in sort or alphatest for GE128, snap on grid in radiant...) but it dont work..

Dont use brushes for your glass. Use patches.
