hello guys , any expereinced person pls answer this

is it bad to enabled g_antilag 1 on cod 2 sever when almost every player hv 30/50 ping but only 2/3 players with 130/150 ping?
does it make any bad affect to low ping players with hit reg etc?
any more info how antilag works , i m asking about g_antilag 1/0.

I play cod1 since ~15 years, this game has no antilag
Recently tried cod2 again, made a server, and quickly noticed that regularly when I did shot at a player, there was no hit.
started to suspect that the g_antilag feature would be the cause, disabled it and tried again, then got back the same hit feeling as cod1. (felt great)

for what i understand:
Yes, low ping players would be disadvantaged.

imo low ping players shouldn't be disadvantaged to advantage high ping players
i understand that without antilag, it is the raw/true hit registration.
