[Extension] Velocity

Hey all,

Velocity is damn important for some Call of Duty Mods and Map-Features, but by default the velocity-attribute can't be accessed. With the extension you have full control over the velocity!

Thats leads to nice Mods like: Portal and Surf

The functions are easy to use:
