NEED HELP AM NOOB :p

Hi all !

I really want to have a server with commands like !help , !vote , !kick , !ban and player options.

Sadly , i am 0 at scripting. Idk anything , so i'll give you my server informations ( it is hosted on linux Ubtunu ) and can you do it for me ?
