This person made about 10 servers with bots and redirecting, upload his ugly menu mod to the main folder and the whole Killtube helps him... Something is wrong here, I think
Maybe I should make a moral police group and you are the director of it?

Yea, seems to be him, turkish IP and "turkish" email aswell. Well, no wonder ppl ddos him and try all kinds of attacks on his servers. 22 bullshit servers...
And he also stole names of some servers (CrackedVodka is mine)

The lack of replies from OP makes me think he is indeed the spammer.
I suffer from this same message. Ping increases like hell. I am using libcod. Is there a fix?
is it a dos attack with challange command, am i wrong ?

i'm able to reproduce the logs of the ss on my server using hping3
hosted on aws and uses codextended
sending the same attack on some servers, there is no lag
