Internet Connections

Hey all,
i have a question i can make my upload up to 16 Mbit/s ?
Now i have only 8 :/

Not sure if showing off or serious....

Is it same in Firefox/Chrome/IE? Also try other speed-tester, might have 8MB limit.

Sorry for the low quality though, was a photo of my screen instead of screenshot (for whatsapp purposes)

And yes, this IS my home connection. Should be 250/250, but sometimes upstream becomes limited only by the gigabit cables in my home for some strange reason...
