I have an Original server running at i3d.net (Linux)
I would like to crack it, i tried mostly all Faq's which were on the website, but everytime i launch server it stays OFFLINE.

You can't run a cracked server when you are a regular "game server customer". Either you will ask i3d.net to support cracked servers (... not going to happen) or you gonna host your own server.
