For any normal use chmodding files is not required.
Ok, I upload the main folder files to /home/myuseraccount/_stock/cod2_1_0/main with ability R+W.
Step 4 Done.
Step 5 : Compiling libcod from source
I choose the libcod version to install and i write:
sudo apt-get install git
and then
git clone https://github.com/voron00/libcod.git
and seems to work.
