Get Unreal Engine 4 Free

Hi All
I just wanna share with u the good news. Unreal Engine 4 is now free for everyone!

they ask for 5% royalties over revenue (not profit)
However, first 3000/year is royalty-free.

It is not yearly, but every quarter.

I just wish Unity had the same license with source code access ^^

Spend too much time in Unity now to relearn everything again. And for some reason I dislike the UDK Editor, feels like a Radiant on steroids... without being able to step away from this 3D FPS stuff or being able to script something easily in e.g. C# (Game AND Editor).
