COD2 Fast autodownload

hey guys,
i have a question about autodownload.
does anyone knows how to make a fast autodownload ( not 12 or 13 kb/s ) i need 400 or 500 kb/s,
i dont have a website for it yet and i dont know how to make one. please helpe me :)
