[COD2] How to crack a server and make it appear on masterlist (NO FIREWALL/PORTS)

This is a simple fix I found by editing the binary file. This is NOT tested to work on Cod2 but it has been tested on Cod1, however the fix is the same so it shouldn't matter anyways. If anyone would like to know the fix or reproduce it in other versions/games, contact me on xfire: indianbullet or just post a request for crack below by providing the source file to patch.

Does this patch allow players with a legit cdkey to get a guid? Cause that is the main advantage of the firewall method i think.

It uses no script except, hexediting "ipauthorize" to "ipauthorise". Unfortunately, since, the client won't be able to communicate with the masterserver, player will have no guid or 0.

hey guys, I just opened a Cod2 server, I have a cod2_lxnded file that made free access to it, the problem as indyda said is all players have GUID 0, so basically I can't ban nor add manuadmin mod power via GUID, isn't there a way to crack the server and have normal GUID as for a cod4 server? I'm not able to find any other binary file on the net, any help? ideas?
