i cant get the tag in my name i can get it all in exept the ~ every time i push the buton it says pach 1.2 in the top

Hey mark. The button you hit is the console button, that's why it does not work. Try this:
1. Press the ~ button to open the console
2. Copy this and paste it into the console by pressing ctrl+v: /name ^^22K^^33~^^77
3. Write your name behind the tag.
4. Press enter.
5. Done

You can also go to your Call of Duty/main/players folder, select the folder with the name of your profile, open config_mp.cfg with wordpad, and add a line
bind F3 "name ^^22K^^33~^^77 YOUR NICK"

So, when in game, press F3 to rename.

That is valid for any command, should be useful in the future.
