Hi, I've been trying to figure out how to convert default call of duty 1 maps into a editable file for 3ds max or blender for exporting into other games or engines.

Using the training map as an example, I have figured out how to convert the training.bsp file into a training.map file by using some various de-compiler programs.

I need help please to understand how to convert the training.map file into a file that can be opened with 3DS Max. Is there any way to convert it to file type .obj? I want the terrain layout/mesh and the corresponding textures. I am not interested in the scripts, way-points, or entities.
