Cod2 black screen while joining server

Hello everyone, i want to ask your help about a problem a friend of mine encountered. The problem is that when he tried to join my server, the loading screen of the map shew briefly before his screen turned pitch black.
Nothing happens after that, and he is forced to restart his game, since it is stuck on this black screen.
Also, i'm sorry if I'm posting this thread at the wrong place. Thanks for your help, hopefully you can help me fix this.

Hey Titou, ² + MAJ and check about files must be deleted.

Delete the Files from the server in your Main folder and try again.

Check the console (SHIFT + ~), most likely these are file conflicts.

The problem arises when some resource (sound, model, pictures, etc.) to which your mod refers (precache links, material->image, soundalias, etc) is not found in the files of your server, but nonetheless exists in other .iwd file in the client directory. Cvar "sv_pure" set to "0" (on server side) - solves the problem globally, but it is not advisable to use it if you want your mod to look the way you want it to :)
