50% Of players cannot join my server !!

Hello everyone ,

I hosted recently 2 different Call of duty servers , the first server which is on the port "28960" is running perfectly , the second server which is on "28961" has some connection issues , some players can join fine and other players cannot they dont even see ther server on masterlist .

i opened the following ports on linux firewall 28960 28961 20500 20510 , Im i missing something ?

1) For the purity of the experiment, try to leave only the problem server (turn off the normally working)
2) If there is a mod, try swap ports from one server to another -><-
