Spawning mid-game in SD

How can I spawn during a Search and Destroy game while the default spawn time is over? I can't find anything in the sd.gsc

The question becomes: Why would you want that? It would allow a player to just /reconnect to respawn.

It's for a revive option. 1 shot kill mod, so I can't do it on damage callback
