weird screen/textures win10

If you check the attachment you see what I mean.
I got a new pc and when I join a server, i cant see the players or anything, just the hud.
Who can help me?

Setting it to dx7 did the trick

Urgh, win10 becomes always better... maybe dx9 still works if you rename the exe to iw3mp.exe? That fixed the alt+tab crash too
