Why kiltube.org taking all time status server:

killtube tracker, if someone open tracker.killtube, server make list servers cod2, if click on your server, killtube make getstatus for more info (players,pings,scores etc.)

Just use libcod, the newer versions (march 2016+ iirc) have getstatus rate-limiting built in.

o, ok will check it what is libcod, for now i just using getstatus sniffing script from tcpdump and calculating counts and banning :-)

Litile confused, so just use a libcod ( i just compiled ) with orginal exe file ( with bug fixed ) with sv_cracked 1 in command line and it will work like a charm? :-)

Works only if you use mitch or voron's repo, kung's repo is outdated and doesnt have the ratelimit patch afaik

I used mitch repo, thanks a lot, my servers are 8 years old so its good to know that people working on extras and bugfixes :-)

Last question, everything is working with libcod but have 4 secound connecting waiting before established and map loading is there a way to remove it ( on cracked server file there wasent any wait time )?

In case the client is legit AND the masterserv is up, the waittime should be practically zero. In any other case (cracked client, masterserv down) it waits the timeout, which is 5 seconds
