Bug on map (IN & OUT overlay)

Hi all
I am newbie to radiant.
I had this problem in radiant...i finished my map then i built a skybox all set but this bug.
Is the skybox error or bug?

ye i think its normal if you play with dx9

yeah, it's normal, you have a recent directx... i have also ;)
