Elevation - Hack, Mod or Jump?

Hey,

I've played on a server of which they say its a regular PAMv206 installed.
Then I came across this guy: DEMO-LINK (https://mega.nz/#!NBhkCZgb!y5ZAJJK3onTLKX7tZKsOf2fEMelOpTsSsoyP-qMX3vk)

This also happened to me all of a sudden, and I didn't know how I triggered it (it was a different spot on the map).
For other players it ahppened too, but they were the same as surprises as I was.

However this guy seems to know how to do it and use it.

He claims it is kind of a new F12-jump trick, but I honestly doubt that.

Anybody seen this before or know what this aktually is?

You mean that jump was activated or that you jumped by yourself and got a boost?

I got a demo in the first post, I try to make it a YT video when I got a few minutes.

For now: he jumped in Dawnville from Grave into the roof of the church

That was clearly a gravity switch. Edit: or idk but looks like a gravity.
